First, you Select the sausage you prefer for your Hot Dog: Beef Hot Dog Premium Quality, Pork (Colombian Chorizo), Pork (German Bratwurst) Handmade for us, Vegetarian or Vegan (The difference is in the toppings). We have 2 choices for the sausage of the Vegetarian/Vegan Hot Dogs: TOFURKY Italian Vegan (Made with Tofu, Sundried Tomatoes and Basil), CALIFORNIA Vegan (Plant-Based, the taste is closer to a real hot dog and looks like a Real One, but is Vegan). Next, Select your Gourmet Toppings: Note for Vegan Customers: If you are looking for Vegan, We have all the toppings available Vegan too, including Vegan Chili, Vegan Cheese, Vegenaise, and Vegan Bacon Bites.

I have introduced many to this spot and have to bring visitors. This time I went last week there were new faces however just as friendly as Simon's always has been. Thank you for the delicious foods.
