Chimichurri is a simple and delicious sauce originally from Argentina, to accompany steak, bread, meat pies, Choripan (Chorizo and Bread, this is the dish in which we are going to enjoy this sauce) or in any delicious dish you would like to taste it. It is very easy to make and give you another goodness flavor to your meal. Chimichurri :1/2 cup of Canola or Olive oil2 large or 3 small cloves of garlic mincedA handful of parsley finely chop1/2 teaspoon of salt1/4 teaspoon of pepper¼ cup of vinegarA pinch of dried Oregano (Optional)1 teaspoon of hot red pepper flakes (optional)Mix all ingredients and let the flavors combine for a day in the refrigerator until ready to use.
